Robert P Reynolds is the real estate attorney Chicago has come to trust over 30 years. Robert has experience representing mortgage lenders, mortgage investors, mortgage servicers and real estate investors in litigation. Robert represents financial institutions and private investors in complex commercial foreclosures, contested residential foreclosures, property tax sale matters and real estate litigation. Robert has also extensive experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Robert has negotiated and closed hundreds of real estate transactions and he regularly represents financial institutions and investors in REO sales, as well as individuals personal injury claims.
Most recently, Robert served as Senior Counsel for Noonan & Lieberman. Previous to that, Robert owned, operated and was the general counsel of a title insurance company servicing multiple states for over a decade. Robert has also served as general counsel for a national title insurance company. In the early years of his career, Robert was a litigation attorney for the Law Offices of Joseph Roddy. Robert represented the Chicago Chapter of Lodge 7 of the Fraternal Order of Police defending Chicago Police Officers at Administrative hearings and trials before the Chicago Police Board.
